Why is science so scared of creationism?
Source: news.bbc.co.ukProfessor Michael Reiss has quit as director of education at the Royal Society following the controversy over his recent comments on creationism.
Why is science so scared of creationism? Or perhaps, why are scientists so scared of God?
It's almost as if they think that letting God into scientific thought will completely revolutionise and change the "science" that know and cherish. It's almost as if they can sense how compelling and potentially intellectually-sound it is to posit a creator God in science, and are thus fighting frightfully hard to avoid the prospect.
But surely that isn't the case! Surely science is robust enough to withstand creationism, that half-baked pseudo-science, with hardly a fight? Why all this, if I may, extravagant effort in trying to debunk creationism and keep it far away from our classrooms? Why work so hard at ostracising any scientist with even the tiniest bent on creationism? Surely, untouched, creationism will die its slow and certain death.
The way scientists are acting, it almost makes you think that they've underestimated the strength of creationism. But surely not...

Science is afraid of your belief in magic? Scientists are afraid of your imaginary magic fairy? Are you insane, just plain stupid, or what?

You don't even know what science is. Scientists don't say "Here a miracle occurred" because invoking your magic fairy would never solve any problem.

Science teachers don't teach magical creation because teaching magic in a science class would be a waste of class time. Wasting time talking about the breathtaking stupidity of your creation myth would not be fair to the students who want to learn about science.
Debunk creationism? Your childish belief in magical creation was proven wrong more than a century ago.

These people work at Bible colleges and Christian creationist organizations like the Discovery Institute. They have never contributed anything important to biology. They are incompetent and real scientists laugh at their idiotic belief in magic.
Any biologist reading your blog would conclude you are an uneducated hick. I suggest you grow up, stop acting like a retard, educate yourself, stop being a coward and face facts.
You just proved my point.
